Continuation: Viaduct

To achieve a gentle gradient, we glued several wooden rods of increasing diameters to the plastic layer inside the bridge.   

Now the deck of the viaduct has got a gradient of 1 in 25 (4 %). 

Of course, the side parts had to be cut. We did that with our miniature circular saw... 

...and the sanding block.
